Whatever your mode of transport, arriving at Rouse Hill Town Centre is easy.
By Car
Depending on which direction you're coming from, you'll find Windsor Road, Sanctuary Drive or Commercial Road provide the best approach. Just watch for the signs and enter enter via White Hart Drive. To make things easier we have "Best Parking" signage and a "Car Park Assist" system that's state-of-the-art. There are approximately 3,000 parking spaces and three hours free parking. Better still, leave the car at home and catch a bus on the T-Way.
Undercover parking is available for vehicles up to 2.3 metres in height, for larger vehicles please contact the Information Centre on 9421 2300 for assistance with alternative parking options.
Green Travel
Green Travel is any form of transport that causes less damage to the environment than driving your car. Catching a bus, walking & cycling are the main forms of Green Travel.
Travelling by an alternative mode just ONE DAY a week can make a big difference!
Bus Services
Currently buses are servicing Rouse Hill Town Centre every 10 – 30 minutes during peak times each weekday. These buses service all local areas as well as Parramatta, Blacktown and the CBD.

Walking and Cycling
Walking and cycling are great ways to improve your health and fitness as well as reduce your transport costs. Avoiding traffic jams and locating parking spaces is likely to get you to your destination faster.
Rouse Hill Town Centre integrates into a network of cycling and walking paths. The path network also links in with the shared path located alongside the T-way and connects to an extensive network of cycle-ways being developed across western Sydney and the greater metropolitan area, making it ideal to enjoy an environmental way of transport.
Cycle parking is provided throughout Rouse Hill Town Centre in convenient locations. There are 300 bike parks, which include 20 lockable bike boxes and 20 racks at both ends of the Bus Interchange. There are also pods of bicycle racks located along Main Street and Civic Way.

Ready to Ride?
Here is a general checklist to ensure that you and your bicycle are ready to hit the road:

Helmet

A fitted bell or horn

Lights and a red rear reflector for night time riding

Bicycle seat is in right position for your height - check this when riding as your leg should be straight with very slightly bent knees to reach the pedal

Breaks are in good condition and properly adjusted

Tyres should be pumped up to their recommended pressure

Gears should be changing smoothly, or else they may need adjusting
Keep in mind the following when sharing the paths:

Cyclists are allowed to ride two abreast (no more than 1.5 metres apart)

Be very careful at intersections

Provide clear hand gestures for turning or changing lanes - it’s also a good idea to indicate when you’re about to stop

Use your bell to alert other path users, especially when you plan on overtaking

Cyclists should keep to the left and give pedestrians priority - be prepared to slow down or stop as necessary

Walkers should keep dogs on a short leash at all times and clean up after their pet

Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult at all times

If you walk or cycle at night be sure use to the lit pathways and always tell someone where you are going
