How to use the GPT Gift Card

1. Take your GPT Gift Card to any participating store. Please note that The GPT Gift Card is not redeemable in all stores. For a full list of participating stores Click here
2. The store will swipe the GPT Gift Card, select savings on the EFTPOS facility and enter the total amount of purchase.
3. Enter the PIN number on the back of your GPT Gift Card and press OK.
4. Enjoy your fabulous purchase!
5. Please be aware of the card’s remaining credit before making a purchase – if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
6. The GPT Gift Card can be used at any participating store at a GPT Shopping Centre in Australia, providing you with access to over 1,200 participating stores including boutique fashion outlets, fresh food markets, restaurants, cinemas, and services.
7. The GPT Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Check your card balance and transaction history by calling 1300 55 33 80.
9. GPT Gift Cards that are damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost.

Where to buy the GPT Gift Card

Purchasing a GPT Gift Card is easy. Next time you’re at a GPT Shopping Centre visit the Information Centre for more information. A $1.50 administration fee applies upon issue of each GPT Gift Card. The Rouse Hill Information Centre is located in Library Lane.

GPT Gift Cards are not available for purchase from Forestway Shopping Centre or Floreat Forum.

1. Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
2. This card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores only. Check with the Information Centres for participating stores.
3. This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts.
4. This card must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card.
5. This card will be void and can not be redeemed after the expiry date. The card cannot be reloaded.
6. This card is partially redeemable. It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
7. Any unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
8. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
9. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
10. You can check your card balance at any time by calling 1300 55 33 10.
11. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the centre website, or at the Information Centre.
12. Visit the Information Centre if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to the card.
