DOPA - OPENING 29 OCTOBER

DOPA Donburi brings the vibrant food culture of Tokyo to everyday dining, serving up fresh, satisfying Japanese comfort food made with quality ingredients and bold flavours.

The name DOPA is inspired by 'dopamine', reflecting the feel-good, transformative experience of eating great food. Each donburi starts with perfectly steamed Koshihikari rice, topped with premium proteins, fresh Australian produce and authentic Japanese sauces. Alongside its signature bowls, DOPA also offers Japanese-inspired sides, refreshing drinks and indulgent desserts.

Inspired by the streets of Tokyo, DOPA combines the convenience of metropolitan living with a commitment to quality, sustainability and thoughtful food production. Whether it’s a quick lunch, easy dinner, takeaway on the go or a sweet treat to finish, DOPA serves up modern Japanese comfort food that is fresh, unexpected and made to deliver that feel-good DOPA hit.
