The Member for Kellyville Ray Williams MP is the NSW Government representative for residents of:
 
Beaumont Hills, Bella Vista, Crestwood, Kellyville, North Kellyville, Norwest, and parts of Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill and Rouse Hill.
 
Ray Williams MP can provide constituents the following services: 
 

- Make representations to NSW Government Departments and Ministers on behalf of local organisations and individuals about State matters.
- Provide support to local services and facilities.
- Assist with working together with Local and Federal Government in an effort to achieve better outcomes for our residents and the area.
- Provide Free Justice Of The Peace services available in the office each day. No appointment necessary.
- Arrange Congratulatory Messages for 50th and 60th Wedding Anniversaries and 90th and 100th Birthdays.
- Be involved in local functions, meetings and events.
- Assist with Senior's Card and Justice of the Peace applications.
- Put you in touch with a service that can help you.

 
Justice of the Peace Services:
 
All Electoral Office Staff are NSW Justice’s of the Peace and can provide this free service during office hours – with no appointment necessary.
 
Requirements:

- Please bring Photo Identification with Signature (drivers licence, photocard, passport).
- If certification of documents is required, you must bring both the Original and Photocopies with you.
- If witnessing of a signature is required, do not sign the document until you are with the JP. The JP must watch you sign the document.

This Office is located in the Medical Centre Building which is located across from the Rouse Hill Metro Station. Entry to the building is through the glass doors opposite Timezone and next to Osso.
 
This Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm (closed between 1-2pm).
