DECADENT DECORATED CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE

There’s nothing more decadent than a rich chocolate mousse – perfect for a Valentine’s Day dessert!
Impress your loved one with this beautiful chocolate dessert adorned with fresh strawberries, raspberries, cacao nibs and edible flowers.
And the best part? This chocolate mousse recipe only has 2 ingredients!
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 500ml cream
  • 500g milk chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until it melts, stirring frequently and checking it every 20 seconds so that it doesn’t burn.
  3. Drizzle the chocolate into the cream slowly and fold through.
  4. Pour into beautiful ramekins or cocktail glasses.
  5. Decorate with your choice of fresh berries, cacao nibs or edible flowers.
  6. Give your loved one a kiss and enjoy!

OOEY GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CUP MOUSSE RECIPE

This ooey gooey recipe is completely decadent and completely delicious! Enjoy your Valentine’s Day with this recipe that will please every peanut butter fan – that’s everyone, right?
 
INGREDIENTS
 
  • 500ml cream
  • 500g milk chocolate
  • Reece's Peanut Butter Cups (or your favourite chocolate)
  • Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Oats or Granola (to garnish)
 
METHOD

FRUITY FRESH PANCAKE RECIPE

Treat your loved ones, your kids, or your friends to this fruity brunch that will really hit the spot. Using fresh berries in your pancakes is a sure-fire way to impress, and plating it up with a splash of vanilla yogurt will turn this into a superstar dish.
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Butter (to cook)
  • Fresh berries
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Icing sugar (to serve)

METHOD 
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together
  2. Mix the wet ingredients together
  3. Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients, while whisking with a fork
  4. Pour in your choice of strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
  5. Heat a frying pan with some butter and pour in ¼ cup batter per pancake
  6. When the batter starts to bubble, flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
  7. Cook both sides until golden brown.
  8. Dollop a spoon of vanilla yogurt on your serving plate and spread in a starlike pattern
  9. Place the pancakes on the plate and decorate with fresh berries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  10. Blow a kiss and enjoy!

HEART SHAPED PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
