This New Year’s Eve, Veranda Indian invites you to farewell 2025 with an unforgettable dining experience inspired by the homestyle kitchens of India. Settle in between 6:30pm and 7:30pm for a 7-course degustation (6 savoury + 1 dessert) showcasing regional dishes rarely seen outside India. Expect small plates, signature creations, and team favourites made the slow, honest way—fresh chutneys, house-ground spices, and flavours that reflect true seasonality.

Your evening includes:

• A signature non-alcoholic drink to start your night

• A cosy festive set-up with woven mats, warm lamps and intimate touches

• A menu designed for everyone, including Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and No-onion-garlic-potato options

• Flexibility around fireworks — finish your meal before the 9pm display or return afterwards for dessert

• A sweet finish with fresh homemade jalebi, rabri and our masala chai

After your feast, step outside to enjoy the Town Centre fireworks at 9pm, then wander back in for your final course if you wish.
