Rouse Hill Town Centre offers approximately 3,000 secure parking spaces and three hours of free parking.

Within the car park you will find disability, parents with prams and seniors parking space all located close to our entrances. 

If you are just stopping by to quickly pick something up then you will love the express 90 minutes parking spots. 

If you are enjoying a movie, you can validate your parking time using your Reading Cinemas movie ticket at our payment stations to receive a fourth hour free (rates over and above are calculated from time of entry).

TICKETLESS PARKING:

Customers who visit the centre several times a day will still be offered 3 hours free parking, so long as visits are 60 minutes apart. If you re-enter under 60 minutes, you will be charged for the entire period you have parked. If your visit is within 3 hours, you'll enjoy free parking whereby you can simply proceed to the exit and the boom gate will open automatically.

For customers staying longer than 3 hours, there are three easy ways to pay for parking:  

  1. At the pay station in centre, by typing in your number plate  
  2. At the boom gate, by credit or debit card 
  3. By registering online, to have your fees automatically deducted from your nominated credit or debit card.  


If you have any concerns or questions please press the intercom button on the pay machines or at the exit gates for assistance.

  • 5.5 – 6.0 Hours $20
  • 6.0 – 6.5 Hours $25
  • 6.5 – 7.0 Hours $35
  • 7.0 – Onwards $40


FREE parking with entry after 6pm. 2.5% surcharge applies to in-centre credit card payments. Full conditions of entry can be viewed at the Rouse Hill Information Centre.

What is ticketless parking & how does it work?

The new parking system utilises number plate recognition to take a picture of your number plate when you enter and recognises this at the exit gate. 
How do I keep track of how long I have parked?

You can check what time you entered the carpark by typing your number plate details into any pay station, located at every entry to the centre.

Parking will be free if you enter the car park after 6pm and exit before 5am the following day. 
I work in the centre, how can I find out about parking?

There is a discounted rate for retail staff members, for more information please visit the Parking Office located up the stairs near Typo and Glue Store.
How do I register for parking with a Disability permit or as a Senior card holder?

Disability permit parking holders can park at the centre for free at any time. Senior card holders can receive up to 5 hours free. To register for ticketless parking, please present your permit or card to the Customer Service team at the Information Centre located in Library Lane (near Grill'd). Once you have registered you will be able to access the car park seamlessly. 
Can I validate my parking after seeing a movie?

Yes, simply scan the barcode of your cinema ticket at any of our pay stations before returning to your car, this will entitle you to an additional hour free parking. Please note, your cinema ticket is only valid on the day of purchase for an additional hour. 
What happens if I park over 3 hours?

Parking over 3 hours will incur a fee. There are three easy ways to pay if you have parked at the centre for over 3 hours:
1. At any pay station by typing in your number plate details
2. At the boom gate using a credit or debit card
3. Registering on the centre website to choose the option to have fees automatically deducted from your nominated credit or debit card

I use the car park several times a day, how much will I be charged?

You can use the car park several times a day, and will receive 3 hours free parking if there is an hour break between visits. If you exit and re-enter the car park within 60 minutes, you will be charged for the day’s parking.

Travelling by Car?

Getting to the Rouse Hill Town Centre is simple. If you are coming from the north or south, travel down Windsor Road and turn onto Rouse Hill Drive (from the north) or White Hart Drive (from the south).  From there, turn right into Civic Way off Rouse Hill Drive or left into Civic Way from White Hart Drive to enter our under cover parking. If you are coming from Kellyville then you will want to jump on Sanctuary Drive or Commercial Road.

Taking the train is fun, environmentally friendly and economical so this is a great decision. The closest train station to Rouse Hill Town Centre is Rouse Hill Station, conveniently located right in front of the centre. For more information about Sydney Metro. Plan your trip.

Hopping on your favourite bus is a great way to get down to the Town Centre. It is especially easy when the buses service Rouse Hill Town Centre every 10-30 minutes on the week days during peak times. These buses service all local areas as well as Parramatta, Blacktown and the CBD.
