Strawberry and Nutella French Toast Roll Ups

Spoil mum this Mother’s Day with this delectable breakfast treat that she will absolutely love.
Serves 4.
2-3 rolls per person
Ingredients
- 10 slices of white bread
- 10 tsp of nutella
- 10 strawberries, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 50g melting chocolate
Method:
- Cut the crust off each slice of bread
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the slide of bread and evenly spread 1 tsp of Nutella and 1 tsp of strawberries. Roll up and repeat with remaining pieces of bread.
- Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and lightly dip each roll to coat in the egg mixture
- Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and cook for a few minutes on each side
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon powder and coat each roll in the mixture
- Heat the melted chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds, place in a snap lock bag and cut the corner. Drizzle on top and enjoy!
