We're Better Together

Help communities and wildlife devastated by bushfires by donating to registered bushfire appeals.
The scale of the bushfires is hard to comprehend, and every day we learn more about how people, communities and Australia’s beautiful habitats have been affected.  People all over the world are banding together to provide support and assistance for affected areas. The most helpful way to help is to provide financial support, so that this can be directed in the most efficient and appropriate way to communities and organisations assisting with disaster relief.

With many communities across Australia suffering unimaginable loss and devastation as a result of ongoing bushfires, The GPT Group has donated $200,000 to organisations supporting the crisis, including Australian Red Cross, The Salvation Army and NSW Rural Fire Service. These organisations are providing desperately needed relief in the form of first aid, shelter, evacuation assistance and mental health support to those who have lost loved ones, homes, businesses and their communities.

Here is a list of National and State Based organisations you can donate to to assist those in need.

National
  • Salvation Army - The Salvos are providing meals to evacuees and first-responders through the Salvos bushfire appeal.
  • Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund - Donations are being accepted through the general disaster relief fund, which goes to helping those affected by bushfires, heat, floods, cyclones and other emergencies.
  • St Vincent De Paul Society - Vinnies is helping with bills, clothing, bedding and food through the Vinnies bushfire appeal.
  • Foodbank - Foodbank is able to deliver exactly what is needed, when and where it’s needed in order to efficiently and effectively support the relief efforts.
