How to collect your Season Pass? 

Visit our Information Desk outside Kmart to collect your Season Fun Pass - you will need to show them your email containing the purchase &/or provide the valid I.D used for checking out on your purchase.

How long is the Season Pass valid for?

Please note that the pass vouchers will expire on 31 July 2026, so be sure to visit and collect your pass with enough time to redeem your vouchers to avoid any disappointment. 

What happens if I miss out? 

Unfortunately, we only have 1,000 passes available to secure the ultimate amount of value for our little visitors. We will be releasing a new pass each School Holidays - so stay subscribed as a RHTC member to receive your exclusive early access email!

What happens if i lose my vouchers?

Unfortunately we are unable to replace any lost or illegiblevouchers, so please keep them safe!
