How to collect your Holiday Fun Pass - 

The passes can be collected from our Information Desk near Kmart - simply provide your full name or show the email containing your purchase to collect your hard-copy pass containing all the vouchers to redeem in-centre! 

How long is the pass valid for - 

Please note that the pass vouchers will expire on 31 May 2026, so be sure to visit and collect your pass with enough time to redeem your vouchers to avoid any disappointment. 

What happens if I miss out - 

Unfortunately, we only have 500 passes available to ensure we secured the ultimate amount of value for our little visitors in the April School Holidays. We will be releasing a new pass each School Holidays - so stay subscribed as a RHTC member to receive your exclusive early access email!
