Leaf Cafe & Co

So here’s our story. In 2008, John and his small group of young & passionate coffee loving blokes came together to launch the first Leaf Café & Restaurant in North Sydney.

Our combined affection to the magic beans was insatiable, and finally in 2011, with the recruitment of our coffee roaster, we found a striking roastery in Brookvale to start our Signature Blend.

Gratefully people came & enjoyed our Delicate Chocolatey & Fruitful blend along with our with exquisite food menus and before long we were successful enough to open our second shop in Stanhope Gardens in 2013.
Our roast works expanded largely in Sydney, opportunities started revealing themselves as our Blend gained popularity and so we “Leveled Up” -Spun our name into Leaf Café & Co. to begin an innovative franchise system so our caffinated artistry could delight even more coffee lovers all around the world.

The SCAA eventually approved the word “Specialty” for our blend a great accolade only given to the finest high scoring blends and a honour we are very proud of.

We work with passion to collect, study, roast and serve our coffee to the customer’s cups delighting them with every sip. We also are passionate about honouring the farmers around the world that we make partnerships with who work hard to make it possible for us to deliver such great coffee to the world.
